1. Mode of Delivery

All digital deliverables are provided via secure digital channels, including:

  • Cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive)
  • Private Git repositories (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Jira)
  • Direct upload to client servers upon request

No physical delivery is involved in any part of our services.


2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon at the time of project initiation and may vary depending on:

  • Number of deliverables or milestones
  • Feedback and iteration cycles
  • Dependencies from the client side (e.g., approvals, access to assets)

Typical delivery milestones include:

3. Delay in Delivery

4. Proof of Delivery

Once digital files are shared via any of the agreed channels, a confirmation email or message will be sent from info@igamerjam.com as proof of delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and securing their copies of the deliverables.


5. Support After Delivery

After each delivery, we offer a review window (typically 5–10 business days depending on the agreement) for clients to provide feedback or request minor changes.

Post-delivery support is available based on:

  • The terms of the original contract
  • Any ongoing maintenance or retainer agreements
  • Ad hoc requests (which may be billed separately)
