Leading Product Innovation for Real Money Games in India

At JLN Entertainments, my journey as Lead Product Manager was not just about steering a gaming app; it was about orchestrating a vibrant ecosystem where creativity meets strategy, innovation partners with technology, and every game release crafts a narrative of shared triumphs. My role began with leading a team as a Unity Developer, quickly escalating to managing the entire product lifecycle of the Bluboy Gaming App. It was here that I truly embraced the dual lights of leadership and innovation, navigating through the complex mazes of game development with a player-first philosophy.

The core of my strategy at JLN was data-driven decision making combined with an empathetic approach to user engagement. Harnessing tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Tableau, I transformed raw data into narratives that told us what our players loved, loathed, and longed for. This approach allowed us to not only enhance player retention but to weave new stories into our games that players felt a part of. Innovations weren’t just launched; they were carefully crafted episodes of our ongoing saga, each designed to enhance user experience and deepen engagement.

As I reflect on my tenure at JLN Entertainments, the achievements we garnered—from drastically reducing churn rates to significantly enhancing our DAU and MAU—stand as milestones along a path of relentless pursuit of excellence.
