At iGamer Jam, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized game development services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time-bound creative, technical, and collaborative resources, we follow a transparent cancellation and refund policy.
1. Service-Based Policy
All projects undertaken by iGamer Jam are customized and developed based on client-specific requirements. As such, the resources, planning, and timelines are allocated from day one. Hence, cancellation and refund requests are treated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Kick-off:
A full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment and before any project work has commenced. - After Project Initiation:
If work has already begun, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable charges for the work already delivered or hours spent. - Milestone-Based Engagements:
Cancellations will be allowed only before the start of the next milestone. No refund will be provided for completed or in-progress milestones. - Service Retainers or Consultations:
All retainers or consulting sessions once scheduled and paid for are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ prior notice.
To initiate a cancellation request, email info@igamerjam.com with your project reference, reason for cancellation, and proof of payment.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- All refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment used through Razorpay.
- Transaction charges or taxes (if any) paid to the payment gateway will not be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Design/artwork tasks once started
- Codebases already delivered or committed
- Game builds provided for testing or review
- Licensing or third-party software procured on client’s behalf
- Time-based consulting and workshop services

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage you to first contact our support team at info@igamerjam.com to attempt resolution. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly, maintaining transparency at all stages.
